Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us for an eligible return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy.


2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • After 30 days from delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
  • A 10% restock fee may be applied.

3. Eligible Items and Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, with tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items marked “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will review your request and, if approved, will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@enableconnections.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Once your return is approved, send the item back using the provided instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated:

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.
  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or store credit, if you choose) within 5–10 business days.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund.

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

  • First check your bank or card account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size (if applicable):

  • To request an exchange, contact us at info@enableconnections.com with your order number, the item, and the size or variant you want instead.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item before sending the replacement.

9. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unless local laws require otherwise.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

10. International Orders (If Applicable)

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are generally your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customs fees paid are typically non-refundable; please contact your local customs office for details.
